Jeff was great to work with, gave us an estimate over the phone came out to look at job and stuck with the estimate.He was on time, rate was reasonable, work quality was very good. I would highly recommend him.

Project: Repair Drywall
I called Jeff and he gave me an estimate over the phone and said he would come by and take a look. He came on time and stuck with his estimate. Then he came on the date and time we decided and completed the job. Work quality was very good. Rate charged was reasonable. I recommend him. The only thing is I thought he would be painting the drywall patch, but he later said I would have to do it myself. Maybe communication could have been better since the estimate was not written down.

So far Lipman constr has been very professional and dependable. The work won't start for a month. Suspect he will do a very good job.....................Mr. Lipman has completed the job and we are so pleased that we have hired him to do a bigger job for us.
