Very satisfied.  Crew was friendly and informative of what the next step would always be.  Arrived on time, noted when they would come back.  Jeff was always available via the telephone.  Plus, we were on vacation the first week of work, and we felt 100% satisfied having the crew there at our home, even though, we were not there.  The stamped concrete is beautiful!  The brushed concrete is unbelievably clean and straight lines!  Highly recommended!

Made terrible error pouring concrete and couldn't or wouldn't repair.  Had a worker get irate with me and threaten to walk off job because he misunderstood something I said.  I had to carpet over entire poured concrete flooring because of flaws.
