Appraisal took far longer than expected and the property was severely undervalued. I would not recommend Jeff.

Thanks for the review. The value is what the properties are going for in that area. The appraisal speaks for it self. I also it took longer than expected due to a Death in the family after I saw the property.

The guy seemed nice when he came in to gather the property info. Once the check cleared, he was very hard to get in touch with, and appraisal was not completed by the time he promised it, which was too late for me. Furthermore, the appraisal contained multiple mistakes about property, so I am not even sure if I can use it. Total waste of time and money.

Thanks for the review. I saw the property on Thursday and e-mailed to them on a Tuesday. He never called to ask any questions. I submit the appraisal on time. I will try to work with everyone. Read other reviews

Very professional and a very honest person to work with. He went out of his way to get me the best appraisal that he could for me to take with me for tax reduction. He is very interested in the outcome of his appraisals and I'm very glad that I hired him.....highly recommended.
