Once the project began, the Flesher work force was present on a daily basis until completion.  By the end of the project, I knew each worker by name.  Each was cordial, polite, and accommodating.  We trusted them, without a second thought, alone in our house.   It was evident that the Fleshers took the time and effort to groom their workforce which has paid off in excellent customer service and quality work.  As I look around, I see a house transformed down to the smallest detail.  We now have a remodeled kitchen, two remodeled baths, heat conversion from radiant ceiling heat to forced air, and complete new basement paint. <br /> <br />It was very important to me that the design of our kitchen included a one on one appointment at the EXCEL Cabinet showroom.  Together the cabinet designer and I produced a computer layout with my input and his expertise.  The cabinets are of superior quality and beauty.   <br /> <br />Monique Flesher provided invaluable design advice through her adjunct company, Custom Designs by Monique.  Monique tirelessly reviewed design options which included onsite visits to slab yards and tile stores.  She met cabinet and glass installers on the job site to insure proper installation by answering questions, etc.  In addition, she followed daily progress to the smallest detail.  It was more than once that she asked the crew to replace a tile or retouch a small paint imperfection.  She lent her experience to produce a beautiful and quality product.  I recommend this adjunct service to Jean Flesher’s construction.   <br /> <br />The inevitable glitches were handled swiftly and without debate.  It was evident that excellent customer service was truly their goal.  The Fleshers were more than fair.  They were accommodating.  My comments and request were promptly addressed.   <br /> <br />The Fleshers provided superb quality work and customer service.  I highly recommend them! <br />
