He had guys come to my house to work, and i didn't know whether they were qualified,  insured, bonded. Rich would show up, for example, during the afternoon and spend three hours,  half that time on his cell phone. He'd say he'd be here the next morning at 9 and not be here then. And there were other examples of where he'd say one thing and do another. The work he did was good, but the majority of the work on my property he had others do. <br /> Rating: Project: Garage - Remodel Failed to show for two appointments for initial job estimates. <br />Based on this I would rate as 'not reliable'.
