He arrived on time. Completed trouble shooting in a very timely manner and found what was causing the problem. Offerred several logical, futuristic and cost savings recommendations, while providing an immediate solution.

Mr. Jay was FANTASTIC!!!! He was the first person to call (mins. after setting up my request for service) and not only did he offer the best prices, he made himself availableimmediately and was on time! He came out twice (our heater dicided to be tricky and not show any problems the first time he arrived) and made sure the problem was fixed without charging us a second time! He even gave us advice about a seperate issue we had with a door hinge because just- such a nice guy! I would recommend him- he was honest and took all the time I needed him to explaining everything as he went along- it really made me feel good about the work that he did!
