Project: Build an Addition
Over all I’m happy with most of the job. Jayron subbed out the bathroom tile shower stall to someone who didn’t know what they were doing. I lost count of how many times they have been back to fix cracked tile and loose cracking grout. They give you a two year warranty on their work but it takes two month to get them back out to repair every time you have a problem. Also they did a poor job repairing my front lawn from construction equipment. Crushed stone covered up with dirt equals no grass. To date they have not tried to correct that. They need a lesson in customer service and how to respond to customer issues in a timely manor. Please don’t mistake these comments for bashing as that is not my intention, as I’ve said I am happy with most of the job. I’m giving 100% honest feedback of my experience with this contractor.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Although I ended up having my cousin help me complete my bathroom remodel, the sales person,Joe from Jayron was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I would definately consider using Jayron on future projects.

Jayron was professional and easy to deal with. Quality of work was satisfactory. We were comfortable leaving all the contractors alone in the house. Everyone cleaned up after they were done. Overall we were satisfied with the job done.

Project: Build an Addition
Their workmanship was terrible. We had a second floor added to our home & the contractor left interior partitions unsecured and out of square. There was no project manager on our project until the last couple weeks, so there was no continuity at all. The project manager that was finally assigned was incredibly unprofessional. They repaired their broken machinery in our driveway & spilled a bunch of diesel fuel and ruined a big portion of the driveway that was just installed last year...and they didn't fix it. In addition, the company has payroll issues so they consistently asked for payments before work was completed. Don't hire them!!!

Project: Build an Addition
We needed to have a 2-car garage (with an above storage room) added onto the house. We also wanted the entire structure sided in vinyl. JAYRON's bid was not the lowest but my wife and I were so impressed in their work ethic and use of high quality building materials that we were confident in going with them. We have to say it was the right choice and a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The project was started and completed in a timely manner (despite all the inclement weather we had) and the workmanship was excellent! We were delighted with how the project turned out and, as a result, highly recommend JAYRON, LLC.

The crew were friendly, even though the weather wasn't. The kept the jobsite clean and recycled their coffee cups and water bottles. The project manager was great at keeping me informed and the job flowing. He addressed all my concerns and was willing to make the project a success. Thanks Tim. Thanks Matt.

Project: Build or Install a Gazebo or Freestanding Porch
Very professional. On time for every meeting. Proposal was detailed. However, they did not do my project as I ended up choosing a lower bidder, but I was very impressed with Matt, the Sales Manager.
