The thing that I liked best was that he gave an estimate and stuck to it. He was on time, curteous, and efficient. I'd hire him again.

Jay gave a fair estimate, sent me a catalog so I could see the part needed so I could see what was involved, costs, etc. I sent him digital pictures of our set up and he was able to give me a good estimate based on what he could see. He even adjusted his schedule and came out on a Saturday. He was prompt in returning calls and email. Great contractor!

Jay was very professional, prompt, courteous, and have good customer service. Fair price. He came out check the job out to see where the sump pump was going and completed the job next day without me being at home. He put things back and cleaned up any debris. I will hire Jay again

Jay installed a new replacement toilet in our master bath. Our arrangements with him were perfect from start to finish. He was very reachable and gave us a flat rate on the phone and we set a date. He was right on time, did the job in less than an hour and took the old toilet and the big cartons of the new one away. He is a very knowledgeable plumber, was pleasant to talk to and very neat. We are making arrangements for him to do another job for us and heartily recommend him.

Jay was GREAT. He gave me an estimate, and that's what the job cost; he gave me a time of completion; and that how long it took. He left my bathroom just the way he found it, clean! He was professional and very pleasant. I will hire him again and will recommend him to all the people in my community. I have as a matter of fact posted his information in our community bulletin. It is so rare to find an honest, clean trustworthy craftsmen, who obviously takes pride in his work and realizes it is a reflection of himself.
