Our water heater sprung a leak and we found out at 6AM. I put in a request on Service Magic and Guaranteed Plumbing called within 10 minutes. They were at our house by 8AM and had the job completed before 3PM that day. They did an excellent job and did a thorough clean up after they were finished. I would highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the timely response of my request which was within one day. Mike was extremely informative and professional, he was able to assess my problem and get it my well leak fixed within a short span of time. The charges were reasonable. It has been less the 24 hours since the leak was fixed but at this point I think everything is good to go. I know I will be using them again if the need arrises and I would definately recommend their services to others.

We bought a second home in the Raleigh area that needed a lot of work. Guaranteed was responsive, on time, professional, did good work. I do not know NC prices, so I don't know if their rates are comparable, but I found the person they sent (Mike) to be extremely helpful in explaining things and recommending things, and of course fixing things.

This company is really professional. Did a good job on replacing a part of my sewer line. Arrived at the scheduled time and completed the job the same day. As a matter of fact they offered to come out on a Saturday, but I declined and said I would wait till Monday. When the job was done I was still at work and the technician came to my workplace with digital photos to show me what had been done. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or neighbors
