Japlex was the first of three contractors to contact me and they were at my home with an estimate within 6 hours. After three days of contractor searching I decided to go with Japlex because of their quick response and reasonable bid. They were at my home working within 48 hours of my decision to hire them. They installed a 26 foot drain and sump basin in my basement floor while the basement was flooded with 1.5 inches of water. They were completed for the day within 6 hours and my water problem was solved. Oh yeah, the work site was spotless when they left! I would call these guys again in a heartbeat!!
