1--john, the owner, was right on time,courteous,friendly and knowledgeable about blinds. <br />2--checked 1 other srvc magic place and it was the same price for service call, so john's price was ok, <br />3--john had to fix the mechanism that closed and opened the horizontal blinds, which he did and now they work fine. he worked neatly and cleaned up after. <br />4--he also used silicone spray to lubricate these blinds and also sprayed some other vertical blinds w/out me asking him to do it.  all are now easier to operate after john's spray because i had never sprayed any of them--shame on me. <br />rick
