Project: Build an Addition
I was happy at first but by the end very frustrated.He did not do a good job managing his sub contractors.. I have windows that were built 3.5" higher then they were suppose to and the window locations were off which messed up the trim inside and out. We've had trouble getting him to call back. He came back to fix problems after the job was done. The cracks in walls were mudded but never sanded and painted(Oct.). All the trim in the room has tannin bleeding thru it .(painted white now yellow stains bleeding thru.) Has said he would fix but has not returned my calls since Nov.

John and his crew were prompt and courtious. They workmenship was top top notch. The work was completed in reasonable time. the disruption was minimal. We love the bathroom I will hire him again for another Project.

Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
At 1st was very happy with my choice with J&P Restoration. Then when the job was suppose to start they never showed up. The finally started work 2 weeks after initial planning. They were suppose to change out floor boards and never did. When I asked to keep the extra paint they took it with them. Even when I called, they said they would bring it back and never did. Next time I will be finding someone else.

I was completely satisfied with everyone who was in my house. They worked around my schedule, were on time, neat, friendly and all talented in their respective fields. I would recommend them to anyone looking for work to be completed and look forward to my next project with them. Thank you John.

appropriate estimate, listened to what we wanted,qualified and effecient carpenters,
plumbers, tapers and painters. Did work in a timely fashion, cleaned up daily.
Friendly, answered ? and phone calls promptly.
Had experience with handicapped bathrooms.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Workers showed up when they said they would. They were nice guys and watching them work you could tell they are each masters of their crafts. They worked fast and cleaned up well when done. I would (and have already) recommend them to anyone who is looking to have some work done. I am actually planning on asking them to work on my kitchen next.

John and his crew of J&P Restoration were professional, courteous, returned every phone call and completed the job in a timely manner. John explained everything clearly and answered all of questions thoroughly. We even requested something last minute which was not asked for in the original contract and it was not a problem to provide us with the estimate before including the added request to the original project. We would definitely use J&P Restoration for future home improvement projects.
