They are a responsive, professional, and competively priced contractor. They genuinely care about the project as if it were at their own house. They obtained permits and provided the design drawings. Although not a local contractor (30+ minutes), they always meet schedules. They perform quality work, keep a clean job site, and communicate well during construction.  I  always knew what to expect for construction activities. They always answered their cell phone. I was so pleased that I modified our contract with J&K to do side the house to match the garage
