Project: Excavate or Grade the Slope of the Grounds
Joe and Ken were great to work with. Competitive price and excellent work in digging the excavation for the addition we are building. This was a difficult and challenging site, requiring excavation between two existing buildings, and J & K were careful and thoughtful in their approach. Great attitude, done on time at a very fair price. I'm a general contractor who will call J&K first for all of my future projects.

Project: Garage - Build
J&K completed my garage project on schedule and within budget. I was extremely pleased. They are a responsive, professional, and competively priced contractor. They genuinely care about the project as if it were at their own house. They obtained permits and provided the design drawings. Although not a local contractor (30+ minutes), they always meet schedules. They perform quality work, keep a clean job site, and communicate well during construction. I always knew what to expect for construction activities. They always answered their cell phone. I was so pleased that I modified our contract with J&K to do side the house to match the garage
