I had a great experience with Jason of J and D. He called back everytime I left a message and his price for my size yard was perfect. They do a great job and I love comming home and not having to worry about mowing the lawn every weekend. I would recommend J and D to all my Friends and Neighbors.

Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping
The only thing that's worth rating, is that he (Jason) cut the grass and did trim. My experience was that he was not on time, never returned phone calls and did not keep his appointments. On three different occasions he knew he was not going to show up for work and did not call to re-schedule. I would not recommend this guy or company to anyone and plan on not calling on his service again, be warned.

Being a small family owned business it disheartens us when a customer is unsatisfied. Once we cut a lawn for the first time and the customer is satisfied, we attempt to set up a weekly or biweekly schedule to ensure the lawn is maintained. We contacted this customer the following week and did not receive a call back for an additional week. The gentlemen then wanted his lawn cut within two days. We are a professional landscaping company that puts our regular customers first. Customers that contact us periodically for random cuts are not previously worked into the daily schedule and therefore do not get preferential time slots.
