We are currently living in Utah and have communicated with Derek by phone and email and he seems very professional in both regards. Since we are out of state we have not seen his work personally but friends in Columbus will be checking on things for us and if there's any concern after their observations we will contact him and your service with more details. He has been very helpful so far and has agreed to check on things there for us, periodically, as well and report any concerns.

Did a very good job of removing snow and was very prompt at arriving.

Derek is very accommodating. I have a handicap son who transportation comes at 6:55am; Derek came early and clear the driveway so he could take the bus to work. Thanks Derek.

The grass was quite tall requiring double mowing to get it to a reasonable height and free of heavy. Derek mowed it only once leaving deep furrows and clumps of grass. I told him that it needed mowed again. He apologized and said that was the best he could do.

I am very sorry that this customer was dissatisfied. This was the second time I had mowed his property. I did not realize until I arrived at the site that the lawn would need to be double mowed. I had only scheduled enough time on that day to mow his property once. I asked upon finishing if he would like me to return another day and re-mow at a reduced price. He told me it was not necessary.
