This could not have been a better experience.  Jaime and his team did a great job of explaining the issues that were degrading our home's brickwork.  They recommended a repair much smaller in scope (and less expensive) than one competitor, and larger in scope than another competitor who, it is now clear, did not grasp the problem. <br /> <br />They showed up when they said they would, the project took as long as they said they would take, it cost what they said it would cost, they left behind a spotless work area, and their high level of craftsmanship is evident in the result.  They were courteous and professional throughout. <br /> <br />And perhaps the best recommendation I could give is that they have been invited to help us redesign and expand our kitchen. Hopefully, if we can afford it and get approval for it, I'll post again in a few months with another glowing review about that project...
