He didnt go up on the upper level of the house and he had to borrow my hose to water down debris. He did fasten a loose gutter rail which was a good thing. However he could have charge less given the scope of work he did. I noticed another rating that someone posted and I can not see that happening this company is by any means truthful, best with the budget, produces excellent work and would highly recommend the use of them to anyone. Maybe the issues someone else complaining about lies with that person not this company they did an outstanding job worked with my budget and beat out any other contractor that came out.
