I wasn't able to utilize his services due to illness in the family. He was very patient over the 3 months that I was in limbo. Nice family man who is quality and workmanship oriented.

Project: New Windows - Multiple
James did an excellent job on our install. The only request I have is that he should have told us of any issues with dry rot while we could see it instead of telling us afterwards. I have recommended him to others already.
