Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Even though all the plumbers I talked with told me that all water heaters are the same, "Consumer Reports" cut open numerous water heaters and found that the longer the warranty the better built the heater. Other Plumbers wanted to buy the heater for me, and Jim offered, too, but when I told him I had bought one from Sears he was happy to install it for me. He arrived when he said he would, did a quality job of installing the water heater and removed the old one. He was very personable and pleasant. I would hire him again.
