Jim (owner of McNiff Plumbing & Heating) was the 1st to call me back after I submitted the Service Magic request. Jim himself was at the house in less than an hour, repaired our kitchen faucet, and I found a plumber for life!!! During the course of him fixing our kitchen faucet, I read thru his customers reviews on this site. I have to agree with all the previous reviews - he is efficient, prompt, took the time to explain in details what was wrong with the faucet, and honest. I highly recommend him!! Our faucet is working perfectly now. Thanks Jim!!

Project: Install a Natural Gas or Propane Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
When Jim came out to bid the job he was on time and was willing to work with a boiler I could buy (at a discounted rate) from the gas company. He gave me a detailed breakdown of materials, labor, and time frame of the job. The whole process of changing from oil heat to gas took 3.5 days. Jim coordinated the removal of the old boiler, oil tank, installed the new system, and the electrician to wire the new system was also provided by Jim and included in the original estimate. Jim was awesome to work with and I can not be happier with his work!

Called immediately after submitting my request and came to check on the issue within the hour on a Saturday. After investigation determined the issue and scheduled a time to return in two days. Returned on time for scheduled time in two days and completed the work quickly and efficiency. Issue is fixed and would use again.
