James arrived when he said he would (re-scheduled one day later due to weather). Due to some difficulties locating all existing pins, he made a separate trip out to do some additional work at the same quoted price. He spent a lot more time on the work than I'd expected to make sure the job was done right.

I thought a surveyor would come to my property, locate previous markers, stake them and leave. I was surprised. Mr. Overfelt brought his equipment and did a fantastic job of surveying the property. He did it right!! Thank you, Mr. Overfelt, for a great job at better than fair price. I would pesonally recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Overfelt replied to my request immediately. Once I was ready to set a date, he was available within 2 days. He arrived on time, and was both professional and friendly. There is much more involved in surveying a property than I thought, I would definitely recommend his service to others.
