Project: Paint or Stain Single Items
The painters were great. Reasonable estimate, showed up on-time and completed the job in a timely manner. Also gave us recommendations for staining trim around front door and kitchen window. Helpful folks.

I should let you know that this client had me do some handyman things - but then asked if I would like to do a substantial painting job. I don't really like to paint so I referred her to one of the many great subctractors on my "List Of Great Sub-contractors" and the rest is history. Even if i can't or won't do a particular task - I know the best guys/gals who will. Like me, they show up when they say they will, do good work, clean up after themselves, and guarantee their work!

Project: Hire a Handyman
Our request was to hang Large and small mirrors. 2 large mirrors were re - hung after our painter found they were not hung properly for their weight . They were very expensive la barge pieces. No clearing of plaster dust etc.

Well, it's happened again (only the second time in more than 30 years - but still). Even though the clients had been told repeatedly that I guarantee everything I do unconditionally - the first I hear of a problem is when they rated me. So, some painter told them that I hung these pieces improperly. He's Simply Wrong! I have been hanging things for more than 30 years...and I guarenteed those "hangings" unconditionally forever...period. AND there was no plaster dust anywhere - except maybe after The Painter "rehung" them. She was upset because she Thinks I made an error and wanted me to suffer - some folks are like that.

Good communication. We knew what to expect and got what we wanted. I have an excellent contractor who performs or arranges most of the service we need, or I'd hire Gib frequently.

Gib responded promptly to my request, and said he would combine the job with another job in Brevard later in the week. He ended up coming the next day and getting the job done early.
