Law office, removed old 1983 system that had died and replaced with newer switch/phones customer had in boxes. While this system was waiting on a cpu card, I had installed single line phones for customer use while system phones were down.

Everything went just fine until after telling me he would hold my check a few days, he went ahead and deposited it without telling me; therefore I was out $35.00 overdraft fees plus I do not like people telling me something and not doing it. He did apologize for it . I have done that several times over my life span of 69 plus yrs and never did I run across this. I also had to help him lift the tv. of which I did not mind.Other than this situation I would recommend James F to anyone. He knows what he is doing It could have been an oversight on his part and I accept his apology had been quoted by another $249.00 so this was very reasonable

Friendly tech, worked with me to get my wire set up fast. Forgot his drill-charger at a place before, but had a Plan B set up to run without much delay. AND he was the best bargain I could find, to boot! Would recommend, and will likely call again for anything I can't do myself. ^_^

Very knowledgable, capable and considerate. Mr. Ferrelli came in and installed 3 jacks, and connected my gateway. We discussed what was needed, and instead of just poking holes in my walls, he placed them in appropriate places and was very neat and caring in his actions. He also left me plenty of extra cable to make changes as I needed. I will definately call him again if needed. My thanks to him. Jim Seeley
