I performed the job for which I was hired,which was a new faucet,the homeowner wanted me to repair the counter top which was not something that I was hired for nor something I do since I am a plumber not a carpenter, therefore I find this rating not fair I

He was great!

Jim replaced the steam boiler at our place.He has been a pleasure to work with, right from the beginning he explained things out to us. Jim has been available even after completing the installation to make sure that no problem goes unaddressed. For example, there was a minor leak in the pipe assembly. But Jim took time out of his schedule to be at our place to fix things up.

He was punctual, courteous and knew what he was doing. Job well done.

Jim came right away to provide us with a quote for the upstairs bathroom drainpipe replacement. The quote was very reasonable and we scheduled with Jim the next week. He made the repairs promptly without incident and recommended since we were having some remodeling done and had the foyer ceiling open, to replace the rest of the old drain pipe. We did that and as he promised, the upstairs tub now drains a LOT faster! Jim also recommended a local source for plumbing supplies since we were doing some repairs ourselves. That source proved to be lifesaver!
