Mr. Scagnelli was prompt in contacting me, going to the site, and preparing a current appraisal report. He did a preliminary review of relevant data to determine if there was a viable case for a property tax assessment grievance before any fee was incurred for an appraisal report. He is professional, polite, a pleasure to do business with, has excellent credentials, and great communication skills.
