Mr. Bayley was very informative, took the time to address questions/concerns and provided guidance.   His follow up was amazing, that is, he provided information via email and regular mail.

I feel like commmunication was poor from early on. We asked for specific stuff and he would make sketches of other stuff. Bad experience.
