Jaeger home repair came to gave an estimate. His price was reasonable and I will respond back to Jaeger home repair soon for floor repair.

Although Udo Jaegar was very personable and the finished job was satisfactory, we were disappointed in his lack of professionalism. He would set up an appointment time but show up late. He did not bring the necessary equipment for the job. He did not bring help for the job. He claimed not to have our phone number yet we contacted him on his cellphone. He did not place a floor cover to protect the carpet. Without a written contract, there was a misunderstanding of the total cost of the project. I strongly recommend a written contract with terms and conditions such as performance time and itemized costs when dealing with this contractor.

Customer didn't open the door on first appointment (fell asleep). I still had to pay my helper. Wasted 2h. True, didn't have their phone# saved! My Helper cleaned up!!! Customer agreed to estimate. I charged extra for additional work which she agreed on! Can't determine time when something unexpected happens! Complicated customers to do business with.

Very profressional. Did all work to a high quality. Went above and beyond in helping me with a couple of small home projects. Very personable. I will call him with future needs.
