Project: Install a Chain Link Fence
Unhappy with the clean up. They did not clean up the clippings, we spent time after they left to pick up fence clippings. They also washed there concrete bucket in the grass, which left concrete and rocks for us to clean up. The fence is nice. Would not recommend. I expected more for the price. Disappointed.

I am sorry and embarrassed that this customer was not happy. My goal is 100% customer satisfaction. A customer should never have to clean up after us. This is a wake up call to me, to take a little extra time at the end of the job to make sure that nothing has been overlooked. If I had been notified of these problems I would have personally taken care of them. Anytime a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of my work I WILL make it right. Don was professional, timely, returned all my calls, gave us a competitive price on our fence and bulit it on the days he said he would. the fence is first rate and the gates are equally impressive, especially the large one. pepper
