Jack and crew were on-time, friendly and efficient in their work. They got right in and fixed our problem, and got it done in the simplest most cost-effective way. Equally important, Jack helped looked at another problem in our house. He gave helpful suggestions on tackling it and told us right away that we needed a more specialized person to fix it. We've had problems in the past with smaller contractors telling us they can fix anything and then completing sub-par work, so it was refreshing to have an honest response that was actually helpful. In the end, Jack gave us extra time and a very fair price. We'll go to him again in the future.

I believe Jack took on a job beyond his ability. He did come back to try to repair all that was needed, but that should not have been the case. Screens all the 90's need filling and 4 screens needed to be redone. The door had wrong hardware so Jack decided to screw knob into wood and attach a hook and eye?? He did replace after we told him we were not satisfied. Were not completely satisfied with overall quality of carpentry and will have to just live with it.
