Jackie is a very nice and always make sure someone answer the phone when you call them. With new clients Jackie Cleaning like to do a full cleaning of the house. Which was a little pricey, but well worth it. My wife and I have a good size house and it took 2 cleaning ladies 4 hours to do the complete cleaning of the house. When I got home I was amazed by the cleaning job they did. We will be using Jackie Cleaning service once a week. Besides the great service, another reason why we hired Jackie Cleaning service is because they offers to clean cancer patients homes for free.

We hired Jackie's for a one-time spring cleaning and complete steam cleaning of all of our carpets. Jackie was VERY responsive to the initial request (really quick) and came by the same day with the cleaning being done the next day. I like her policies and they did a really good job on the cleaning, though the maids she sent did miss one of the agreed upon areas. Overall I would hire her service again and it is clear she runs a well organized service.

Jackie's Clean Sweep was a little more expensive than the other companies, but I felt it was work it for some of the services offered. We liked that our household would have it's own set of cleaning equipment (sponges, etc.) to minimize the spreading of germs. The first cleaning by the company was excellent. We are thrilled to have them!

Jackie is very professional and prepared. I have only had the initial cleaning, so I cannot evaluate long term. That will come in time. But, I hired her because she was confident and I felt comfortable having her staff in my home when we were not there.

They changed the arrival time by three hours, but other than that they did a very good job. They addressed the few things that had been overlooked, and got the house cleaner than it had been in years.
