John was very reliable and professional. You can tell he takes pride in his work and it shows. We will definately use him again for future projects. We are looking forward to enjoying our new patio.

This was a challenging job as you can see by the photos. We had a house within 4ft of one side and a fence on another very tight and it was still attached to the house. Now that the structure is cleared the homeowner has decided to remove the foundation and slab.

John was courteous, patient and thorough in his description/explanation of the project. The end result has received numerous compliments from family, friends and neighbors. It seems to have made it through the horrendous winter relatively unscathed; we'll see for sure once all the snow is gone! It was more money than we had planned to spend but our experience with other projects more or less prepared us for that!

This was a project that started with water damage and maybe some grading and ended up with a new front entry way. JWs designed and installed this project useing Techo product and Keystone we enjoyed working with the homeowners it was a all around geart expierence.

Very nice people and certainly know their business, I would recomend them any time, except that we received a lower bid from someone else and the project is finished at this time.

This customer had a broken water line in a trailer park and wanted it excavated and fixed we gave a estimate and lost the bid due to a man with a pick up truck and shovel who fixed it by hand. We will see how many more water lines he does with that method.

John was very patient in explaining the work he proposed, and all options available to us. He was prompt in completing the work, and meticulous in ensuring that the area was cleaned thereafter. When we discovered an issue (due to the alignment of the garage overhang) during the spring rains, he was responsive and cordial about it and provided a fix that seems to work. I highly recommend his firm.

There was a issue with water entering the 2 car garage due to the drive way grade. We took out the hot top and replaced with permable pavers made for drainage issues.

We constructed a 30'x12' pad out of 3/4" base material with a depth of 14". The pad was made to hold a Grady White. The customer was great to work with.

I DO NOT recommend this contractor.

Are company as a A+ rating with the NH Better Business Bureau. This customer tried to file a complaint with the NH BBB and was told he has no case. He has no dispute with the work he just does not want to pay the bill. We have been in business sense 2001 with plenty of refrences. We have been with Service Magic for less than 1 year. 80% of are work comes from word of mouth!
