I’m extremely pleased with the outstanding customer service and professional workmanship I received from J.W. Windsor for the recent installation of an energy efficient heat pump and air handler for new construction. Their estimate was quick and very competitive. I was very particular about the routing of the supply and return ducts and they work with me to find the optimum routing for my construction plans yet still obtain proper cooling/heating performance. Their staff was very professional at all times. The owner takes great in his company and goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. Would I recommend them to a good friend – absolutely!

Project: Install or Replace Ductwork
I requested new ductwork, which would have been a $5,000 job. They inspected my existing system, found the problem and repaired it at a much lower price; they could have easily ripped me off. They were happy to accommodate my special request too. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and customer service.

We had moved out-of-state, selling our home in MD and encountered an inspection issue. John called within 15 min of my web query (Thu.7:30pm in MD). He understood our situtation, validated the issue. He coordinated with our realtor and had the new unit installed on Monday, on time, at price quoted and to quote our realtor "I could not tell anyone had been there except a new unit was installed". John and his crew are friendly, courteous and professional. I have and will continue to recommend him.

I would definately recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC services. They are fast, courteous. We spoke on Monday and the unit was installed on Wednesday. The pricing was also approx $1500 cheaper than a lesser unit quoted by another company. I would use again if the need arose.
