When I first requested JWRodgers online and hit the send button in less than 5 seconds they responded & called me. When I set up the visit they were available immediately, but I had to wait a week because I needed to review the information. They promptly corresponded with me by phone & emails. When we decided to hire Mr. Rodgers, (who worked alone) he gave me a 5-hour window for completion of two garage door system & he arrived 1/2 hour early & completed the job in less the time. We are very pleased with his work, his office staff and his professionalism. The new system is quieter than the old garage system. We replaced the complete system.

Joe is wonderful! All the positive reviews are true and beat others' estimates by hundreds of dollars!! When I asked if I should replace or repair, he honestly said repair, which he did with amazing results. Hire him with confidence!
