I already came on the website and did this.  Why do I have to do it again?  I was pretty sqeamish about using somebody who wasn't recommended to me by some person or company that I know.  This created some communication problems but we were able to reach out to each other and the project then went well.  He's fairly young; I don't think he had ever had to deal with that before.  I think he mostly has subcontracted on construction jobs -- not had very much contact with actual customers. But if he is going to work for Service Magic, he will see that issue again, I'm sure.I have some other electrical work to be done; I plan to have him come back
