Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
Had John tear down an old deck and build a new deck frame for me (I'm doing the finishing). He worked with me to get the permit, worked with the lumber supplier to get the right materials and generally stayed in touch as the date came to start. Project was to take 3 days. He showed up 7:30am each day, worked hard in brutal heat and sun and got it done in 2 1/2. He even had to deal with a surprise structural water damage issue on my house but did so without batting an eye, just added materials to the bill. John got the inspector out for the footings and he was done! I would highly recommend John. He wasn't cheap but I got my money's worth!!

John always showed up on time, worked very hard and got the job done quickly. He also listened and answered any and all questions I had. He re-supported my dining room, replaced one window and then removed and reinforced 3 more that are ceiling to floor windows. I think he did a great job, I thank him for everything.

John did an AMAZING job on our front porch. People stop on our street just to tell us how nice our house looks. He made our dream porch even better than we had imagined it would be.

Due to the weather, there was a delay in getting our porch put in, but we were kept in the loop as to what, where, and when. They were excellent about answering our questions, and the job they did was phenomenal. We are very pleased with the work that was completed for us.
