The service repairman arrived on time. Introduced himself. I felt very comfortable with him. He made a speedy and prompt accessment of the repairs needed. Told me he needed to get oil and other supplies from his truck and would return to oil the furnace parts and tighten the belt. He said his whole visit would be about an hour and no more. It would cost me the first hour's rate. The repair person was professional, a man of his word, very knowledgeable and had integrity. I was greatful that I was not taken advantage of and that I was appreciated and respected as a customer. I would certainly recommend this company to everyone.

George was sent out to give me a quote for the job. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. The next day, Jeff called to see if I was happy with the quote, and was very helpful in reviewing the quote and recommending the perfect air conditioning solution for my home. He spent over an hour on the phone with me and in the end came down in price to accomodate my budget. Within a few days, the job was scheduled and the workers were timely, clean, and professional. Overall, the entire process was seemless and well worth the money.

The owner came to our house to give us an estimate for installing a mini-split heat pump in our 350 sq. foot guest house. we accepted the bid, and 2 workers came by in a couple of days to do the job. They were on time, professional and did a good job.

I bought 2 split units for my single family home. The salemen was friendly and professional, as was all of the staff. The installer made a mistake upon installation of one of the units. He did not allow for enough line between the split units as recommended by the manufacurer. Although this was a mistake on the part of JW, the company displayed excellent service recovery skills, correcting the mistake without fuss...therefor I am comfortable overlooking the error. I will continue to rely on JW.
