I liked that he came out to the house before providing an estimate. After receiving the estimate by email, he answered the questions that I had about the estimate. I hired him for job. There were a couple of missed appointments before Jim completed the job. The 1st time was due to the rain (which is understandable), the 2nd and 3rd times were due to jobs running long and being understaffed as the staff was ill.
