Jim responded very quickly to our request. we just had our first snow this year, and Jim did a good job on it, and we got out our house this morning at 7am with no problem, so very happy about it!

I was matched with Jim in December of 2008 and he is GREAT!!! I have since used him for multiple projects around my home and he is the only professional I call when a project comes up. Jim is very trusting, honest and is always willing to go the extra mile. There was one time that I had an emergency service come up and i called Jim while he was eating dinner... from the second i hung up the phone...he was at my house and willing to help within 30 minutes. I couldn't ask for a better contractor and I will definitely recommend him to anyone for there project. Thank you Jim
