Brett, the owner, talked with me in layman's terms, explained why certain steps, like nitrogen brazing, were important, and made recommendations. The technician worked diligently and cleaned up the work place well. Brett returned and checked out the installation.

I wasn't looking forward to this experience, but what a GREAT COMPANY! They are professional, respectful, honest. First rate company! I give a 5 star rating to service and quality. They really worked with me in every way. They put my fears and concerns at ease and I truly liked them . Their work, materials is TOP quality. I'm extremely happy with my new furnace, air-conditioner, humidifier and April Aire. What a wonderful world this would be if all businesses had their ethics. Thanks Guys see you again.

Positive: Instaltion was done professionally and on time except new thermostat was not installed. Negative: Brett Nejmanowski did not return voice mails until a week or more passed. Problem was resolved to my satisfation.
