Strong beat all competitors by $1,000. Work was done in one day unlike the two others said was needed. Promp service, knowledable , kind and helpful, but clear out a wide path in your basement as the removal and installation is very messy.

We had a oil boiler replaced and an outside chimney for it installed. Jim and his guys were professional and friendly. They got the job completed super fast and their price was the best after speaking with 3 other companies. I would definately recommend them and will use them in the future.

A total disaster was paid up front 4k to purchase all equipment on 6k contract only to have James complete 1/3 of the Job and disappear 15 month later still not done. If you think the contract that given would eliminate the any problem/headache your wrong in my case work and material yet to be furnish and installed as per their contract as follows. 1 gas boiler 1 40 gal w/heater remove/dispose oil tank and the work that was preform without lic/ins and permits what a joke.

the customer paid the deposit and after starting the job we came across asbestoes and the homeowner stated he would take care of it, He refused to take part in it then stopped the job only to call in 8 months and stated he was ready for the other floor. the quote was for two floors at the same time and he got a great price for two at the same time but he stopped the job 2 years ago and All of the money reefunded for the other floor. I am still fully licenced and insured i honestly how any person could give a 5 star rating for the work in his own home and after 2 years and then respond with the above. sorry you had to read this

Jim, is an honest and a fair guy. Such a rarity now days. I would highly recommend you hire Jim for any heating job you have. Details: I received a phone call, as soon as I clicked Submit button on service magic. (I believe the page was still re-loading and Jim already called me). He showed up in my condo within an hour and we had a good conversation on what my needs are and what are the options for the new heating system. He sent me a quote via email within a day. Install took 1 day. Jim and his crew showed up at 7am and finished the job at 4:45pm. (Provided boiler and all tools were dropped off at my place, the day before) There were couple of issues after the installation but Jim addressed them promptly without any hesitation. To me it is the most important thing. As long as he takes care of all the hiccups, I am happy. We have our System 2000 running for the last 40 days and couldn't be happier with it. It is Quiet and Efficient!
