On the hottest day of the year so far, J Strong was able to come to the house to repair the A/C within an hour of the initial call. He figured out the problem quickly and repaired it for the cost of the basic service call. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again!

I hired James to help out with a central AC problem - the house wasn't cooling fast enough. He showed up right on time and was very professional. Checked the condenser and blower outside, the refrigerant pressure etc. Turns out that my damper controls were rusty and I had one damper was stuck shut. He took care of this problem and then spent some time explaining other issues that I need to watch out for. Did all the work for the price he quoted - which was reasonable. I will certainly use his services again for my future heating/cooling needs..

Mr. Strong responded to my call quickly. He was courteous, accommodating and professional. When he arrived, he spent a significant amount of time educating me about our appliances. He was true to the quote he gave me over the phone. He is the most honest, genuine service person I've ever encountered and would recommend him to anyone.

He responded very promptly to our request and was very patient in explaining the work he did. We later called him again for a problem with our furnace, and he responded promptly even though we called late in the evening and was out first thing in the morning to fix our furnace.
