John was great he was very knowledgeable. He made sure the job was done right and didn't kill me on the price. I was very satisfied and that doesn't usually happen when you have to hire work out for your home.

I submitted an emergency request and received a call back within 10 minutes. Very knowledgable and fixed the system. Explained everything that was done and made recommendations without a 'hard' sell. Signed a maintenance contract because I was so pleased with the work and results.
