Justin exceeded all my expectations on our home shutter project. From our first meeting until project completion he was on-time, well mannered and a true gentleman. All work was completed as scheduled. They were neat and very attentive to detail from start to finish. We are totally satisfied with the shutters and service we received from J. Ross Creations and would not hesitate to use them on future projects.

This was actually a wonderful experience due to J Ross. Justin was extremely professional and compassionate. After dealing with a house fire, he understood our situation, quickly and promptly responded and made sure he left with us grinning ear to ear. I was grateful for the personal touch and my home looks extremely custom. I am truly SHOCKED! The pricing was very fair and made our blinds affordable. Thank you so much for working with us.
