They performed the job in a timely manner, but afterward, I found it was incomplete. So I had to have them come back to finish. They did return and all is working fine.

Excellent prompt service. Was willing to spend some extra time to look at and quote on an additional possible project and performed the service needed in the first place quickly and efficiently. Will keep as my primary contractor for HVAC.

His price was amazing. I had six quotes to do this work and when I showed them JRS's quote, no one could touch it. In fact, all of the other quotes were 30% or more higher than JRS’s quote. Sears quoted me nearly double his quote for the exact same unit. John showed up on time and I did not even notice he was there. He was very clean and finished the work on time. I was very pleased with his work. Unfortunately, I have not been able to use the A/C unit yet because it has been very cold the last few days since he installed the unit.

They did an excellent job. They were very easy to work, prompt and communicated well with us. Reasonably priced.
