I know that it has taken a lot longer than expected to get our washer fixed, thats mostly due to difficulty finding the correct part for my washer. But James has proven very knowledgable and he has gone above and beyond to keep me in the loop with how everything is going. I was very pleasantly suprised when i got a call at 7:30pm one night with an update because he said he would call me that day. He is a very nice guy, and very professional. I have already recommended him to my family in case they need something fixed!

JR subcontracted out my service call to Sunghoon Lee who did an exceptional job with my dryer repair. Sunghoon was prompt and punctual.

James initially told us that the service call would be $55. He arrived and we explained our problem. I had already looked online to diagnose the issue. When we did not want to proceed with an almost $500 repair, he then explained that we owed him an additional $35 for a diagnosis fee. We should have been informed that there would be a minimum $90 charge. He was also quite hostile and intimidating throughout the process. Additionally, while waiting for the part to arrive- our refrigerator spontaneously began working again.

All I can say is {not true}. Truth is a complete defense for defamation even where the statement is motivated by ill will and made solely for the purpose of harming. I am here to Help my Customers not Harm my Customer. Thank you

They came out quickly and fixed our refrigerator. I thought the price was reasonable and he was courteous and professional.

He was a little late getting here, but did call to let me know he was running late. Once he got here, he did a great job fixing my wash machine. He explained the problem first, and let me know how much it would cost, so I could decide if I wanted to pay for it or just buy a new one. I'd use him again.

A job well done! James arrived on time and performed his work in an efficient and professional manner. His bill matched his estimate. He has a great work ethic...he didn't charge us for some additional work he performed because he wasn't able to complete the work due to a blockage in our exhaust duct. He did an exceptional job cleaning up prior to his departure. I would highly recommend James and JR Repair and Installs for anyone needing repairs to their clothes dryer.
