However, I have nothing but very high marks for him. He was extremely professional (in appearance, manner and overall actions), he was thorough and very knowledgeable. I very much appreciated how he explained what he was doing, took the time to protect my floors before pulling out the unit, and how he even returned all the items back to the freezer when he was done. The cost of the work was what he told me it would be. I will call him up again and I will definitely give his name and number to my friends & family.
