John and his team were punctual, professional, and had an excellent eye for detail. The end product fence was above my expectations, and several times John impressed me with his level of craftsmanship. I will definitely contract with him again and highly recommend his company.

HIRE THIS GUY! I’ve been a Service Magic member for more than 10 years and nothing even comes close to the completely positive experience that I had with John Dillingham and team from J & R Remodeling who remodeled 2 bathrooms in my home. John was great. He was timely, showed up to work and he worked. He was the only contractor the researched the vendor and the product that I wanted to purchase. He was the 1st contractor that submitted a bid and did so within 24 hours of reviewing the project. He noticed an issue with the product that I wanted to purchase and brought it to my attention so another product could be purchased that best suited my project. He assisted me with the purchase of items need for the project as I was supplying all materials. He consistently keep me informed throughout the project and it turned out exactly the way I wanted it - even better.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
I have a single bathroom in my house, and needed to replace the shower, tub, toilet, and floor. Since it's the only one, I had to have the work done as quickly as possible. I chose J&R based on our initial contact, and then the competitive bid he made for the work. John was able to get the work done in just over 12 hours, split between two days. And the room was usable in between the times he was working on it! I was extremely pleased with the quality of work, the timeliness, and the cost. It was definitely money well spent, and I have enjoyed the new bathroom for 2weeks now.

John was always on time and did what he said he was going to do. The work is supurb it looks perfect. I would recommand J&R to anybody for tile work.

John came when promised and did a beautiful job redoing the fence. It made the whole yard look so much better. The price was more than reasonable, the quality of work was the best. I'm planning on having John back to do more work next Spring. I have already recommended John to a friend and can recommend him to you with 100% confidence.
