JR Hahn was excellent to work with. Started and finished as promised and delivered great value for the price.

I had been told that the ignitor in my furnace would not last throughout the winter and I was told a new ignitor would cost me $240. I looked at prices on the internet and knew that this quote was very high. I found Rob on Service Magic and he told me he charges $65 for an ignitor. He was at our house within an hour of our phone conversation. He replaced the ignitor, cleaned our furnace and provided us with a lot of useful information. Rob is a committed tradesman who is proud of his work. We are very happy to have found him.

Called within 1 minute of filling out on line form. Was to my house within an hour. Fast, courteous, polite, professional. Fixed the problem with the water heater and then asked if he could light my pilot on my furnace as well. Owner operated business. Owner personally provided service. Price was as estimated on phone. Would highly recommend his service and would called him again with any plumbing, heating and cooling needs, without question.

I disckussed with Mr. Hahn the PECO opption for reduced A/C service during peak loads. He said to try it and see how it worked. When PECO came to install the Mr. Hahn was good like it was and superior to the PECO plan.

Very accomodating. Came to my house on 4 hours notice during the start of a heat wave to service central air conditioner. Thorough. Did not charge more the his estimate.

We are very satisfied his job.

I apologized for not having the right size filter. I explained how even though bigger than the needed height for proper filtration, it would do the job just fine. The thermostat was a human error on my behalf, and again apologized for my misunderstanding of time delay in said thermostat. And I did offer a deal on tune ups for homes heater and a/c systems. As they had two of each. Sorry for the less then pleasant experience.
