Had a really bad clog and they gave me an estimate to snake it. Simple job. It ended up taking a grand total of about 4.5 hours because the run-off was never connected to the drain when the tub was installed and it disconnected during the process falling out of reach. The tub was installed as an extension to the house without an access panel so it was virtually impossible to reconnect. After all was said and done, they only charged me the original estimate and nothing at all for the labor involved in dealing with an extremely poorly designed and installed bathtub. I can't recommend Guardian Plumbing enough.

Project: Repair a Tankless Water Heater System
Project involved a direct replacement of an existong system. No piping or electrical changes were required. Disconnect water and electric connections, unscrew existing unit, put up the new one, reconnect electric and water. Charged for 2 hours @ $200 per hour!!!! Unfortunately we were preparing to take a trip and did not have an immediate alternative. Charge was abusive.

I am very satisfied with the quick, professional response provided by Guardian. The plumbing problem was assessed and fixed in two hours, and I was relieved to have a problem resolved that I could not fix myself. I believe Guardian may be slightly more expensive than its competitors but provides a good, professional service. Well worth the money spent.
