Managed to identify the source of the problem and suggest the right fix. Also he charged only $60 because the job was minor. I am giving 3 stars for customer service because it took a while to get hold of him and get him to come home to see the problem.

Great her called within 2 minutes and stopped by and saw the plumbing that afternoon! Very professional and knowledabge....K Considine Plumbing, Inc also called within the 1/2 but I never called him back he was very nice and called again.

Project: Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
I have mixed feelings about the service I received. Due to a family emergency, they did not show up for our first appointment, but did not contact me for several hours. They did come later in the day. I had several faucets replaced which went well. One toilet needed special parts, but it took over an hour to determine this. The other toilet was adjusted properly and now works perfectly. They did not suceed in diagnosing a leak, although they did narrow down the possibilities (the builder of our house came up with the final solution). In all, for basic jobs I have no issue.
