Mr. Perkins was in touch with me within an hour of my request on service magic. He completed the project within 24 hours. He was very accomodating to my schedule and spent extra time explaining how to properly use the gas fireplace. I have already recommended him to a friend and will definitely call JP's Heating & Cooling for future projects.

JP'S Heating & Cooling called me the same morning I submitted the Service Magic request. He was able to diagnose thr problem over the phone based solely on my verbal description of the problem. JP came out the same morning with part and fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what was causing the issue. I would highly recommend.
