The contractor was very good. He was really close to the price, he was way under the other contractors that called back from ServiceMagic. However, he was late. He did explain that he did have a problems with one of his trailers that was unbalanced. I believe he was 2 hours late, and didn't come with the proper glass to fit in the pane. Other than that, it was great. Once he finally got here and once he got the proper materials.

Call back was fast! Install appt per my request. No call about arrival time but install completed before end of day. Window broke but JP came out and replaced it for cost of window. It's still in.

He was available on Saturday, which I didn't expect--and there was no additional charge. Further, he was the most reasonably priced compared to some large known glass companies, and I found he was skilled in other areas.

A portion of my residential wood fence was damaged due to high wind. John responded to my price quote request the same day. Price was excellent so hired him on the spot. Next day he came out and did the repairs/replacements. Very detailed to make sure it was done right. Happy with his service. Would hire him again.
